Math education major Kirsten Hoffmann explained her research to Mike ’66 and Claudia (Drvota CST’68) Dooley during the Chicago Celebration of Excellence.

We were pleased to gather in late May with our Chicago alumni and friends for the Brother Charles Severin Celebration of Excellence gala. The annual event highlighted progress and promise in achieving our science initiative; showcased the achievements of students and faculty; honored exceptional alumni and community leaders; and helped raise philanthropic support to advance the sciences and health professions at the university. Attendees had the opportunity to mingle with students, recent graduates, and science faculty and learn about their studies and research activities. See more photos of the event.
